It was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company in the year 2008 to carry on business of Freight Forwarding, Customs Declaration, Cargo Handling, Inland Transportation and Export Services. ADEKAT is a member of Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agent (ANLCA), a member Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN) and a member of Global Freight Group
